Overview

Xfers is a payment platform that easily allows businesses to plug into Singapore’s payment networks within days. They allow businesses to accept payments through PayNow and bank transfers. Also, to automate reconciliation and cash flow management.

 

Problem

Xfers was in the process of launching their new products and needed professional help to reach more of their targeted market online.

They wanted to understand whether their new products are ready to go to market.

They seek our help to expand their brand awareness online and to generate leads for their new products.

 

Strategy

Firstly, we plan out on the demographics that they are going after. We started off with 2 main countries, Singapore and Indonesia.

Next, we ran an online advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram to raise awareness and engagement among the public within the two countries.

Having built an audience that knows and understands their products/ services, we ran re-engagement online campaigns to convert those audiences into their customers.

 

Results

Xfers is very happy with the results we brought them as we managed to hit all their key performance indicators (KPIs). The online campaign allows them to showcase their new product to a wide range of demographics.

We also generated qualified leads for their business development team to follow up with.
