Hong Kong Mei Xin Mooncakes produce high-quality delicacies that have earned the brand international recognition, solidifying their achievements in the catering industry.

 

Problem

The stiff competition among Mooncake sellers is noticeable yearly during the Mid Autumn Festival as vendors are aggressively competing for sales within this festival season.

In the months leading up to the mooncake festival, the Singapore distributor of Hong Kong Mei Xin Mooncakes came to us with the aim to sell close to 10 containers of mooncakes. Due to their lack of knowledge on Facebook advertising, they needed our expertise to help increase their sales.

Previously, they were paying minimal advertising spend for a small outreach on social media platforms that targets no specific audience. Though it brought in sales, they knew that running ads professionally would help the brand achieve more sales.

Within two months into the campaign, Hong Kong Mei Xin Mooncakes achieved a significant return on advertising spend. The team mentioned that they had never sold so many mooncakes online!
